• Answer honestly based on what you typically do - especially under pressure - not what you think you should do.
• Respond in the context of your current role or organisation.
• Answer every question to ensure an accurate result.

Before You Begin

• There are nine scenarios to respond to. The assessment takes approximately 12–15 minutes (allow up to 30 minutes if you prefer to reflect).
• Complete the assessment in one sitting, in a quiet environment where you can focus.
• Your responses are confidential and used only to generate your individual report.
